The One Motorcycle Show 2014 - nice stop motion video
"We’re particularly excited about this years show. It has been our simple and always challenging goal to make each show twice as good as the year before. With that in mind, we listened to the comments and suggestions from last year. The overwhelming consideration was that we had outgrown the space. Over 120 custom motorcycles + 6-8,000 attendees a day... we need a bigger space. We’re very excited to announce that we have a new location about a 1⁄2 mile away with twice the amount of space. It’s the building of One Show Dreams.
We are very pleased to announce once again that the show is FREE to exhibit and to attend. This show is the culmination of the hard work volunteered from everyone involved, and the sponsorship from brands and companies who see the value in an event like this.
The One Motorcycle Show 2014 Dates: Feb 7th-8th-9th
Location: 800 SE 10th Ave. Portland, Ore

The Build
Bubble Mail:
"Hi lennard!
I wanted to share one of our latest projects, a labor of love. The Build (thebuildfilm.com) is a new interactive short film that looks at storytelling in a different way, by combining film with emerging web technologies. The story captures the values and culture of the motorcycle builder community in Portland, from the perspective of three independent bike builders.
Instrument’s goal with The Build was to blend design and technology in groundbreaking ways. It pairs traditional filmmaking with new school interactive and social experiences that push the envelope of browser technologies like webGL and HTML5 video. In short, we crafted a site that plays web video and includes heaps of animation without using any Flash.
Hope you enjoy the film experience!"
Thanks Thor!
Just watched it all(I think)
This is very cool! Great video experience. Watched it on a 24 inch screen. Brilliant. What a nice footage. That last shot with the traffic going true the hills ending with the stars lighting up in the sky is probably one of the most beautiful shots I've seen in a long time. I was WOWing out loud, ha.
Click here to see this next level film, and if you can, take your time and watch it on a very big screen.
I promise you, you wont regret it.

The One Motorcycle Show Book
Please help Thor Drake and friends with this book project.
What book project you might ask?
Well, non other than The One Motorcycle Books. It is a photo history of every bike that has every been displayed at Portland's own One Motorcycle Show.
What is the show may be your next question?
Its a show highlighting custom, rare, original motorcycles. The show was originally started 4 years ago in an old industrial building to serve the wishes of a few local builders. 4 years later they just wrapped on our latest Portland event where more than 75 builders from all over the greater USA, even Canada, displayed their fine works of art for more than 15,000 attendees. That seems like a good chunk of people in and out of our free event. But still smaller than the global influence the show has had. They set a goal to create something for the people who are interested in motorcycles, "its a motorcycle show for motorcyclist by motorcyclist."
Who can help?
the People
They are looking for people who can help donate the funds to make these time capsules and want to inspire you to a part of this project. Not only will you get copies of the book, you will get your name listed in the book as a contributor. Its not everyday you can be a part of history? The minimum donation is a $1 the more you give the more you get. If you know other people or simply want to get the word out id say do it!"
the Companies.
They are looking for companies who can help donate the funds to make these time capsules and want you and yours to be a part of this little piece of history. Not only will you get producers credit in the front of the book, you will get 10+ sets of the books to do with what you wish. They are looking for a few companies to come in at $1000-5k. If you can support this project just go the following website and simply donate funds with "no rewards" and they will personally work out the details of your package.
just go to THE1MOTO.COM/BOOKS
The rest is easy. just follow the directions.
JUST 1 WEEK LEFT SO DON'T WAIT!
Thanks on the behalf of everyone involved.
