From Atelier Chatokhine I headed South.
Set my new navigation system(bought it on monday) on no highways or toll roads. Found out the middle of France between Paris and Biarritz is not very interesting. The landscape and roads are mostley boring. Dull town after dull town, straight roads, and at every round about straight ahead...
My plan was to go to Angoulême but at the end of the day I needed some interesting landscapes so I ignored my navigation and headed south east. The picture of the SV in front of the bridge is in Chabanaise. This is the only picture I have of the SV before the crash. Lost my phone with all the pictures a few hours after the crash, whoops!
Parc naturel regional du perigord limousin was my new destination and in the end I ended up in Hotel de France in Rochechouart. I arived there at ten. The kitchen was closed and all the restaurants in town where closed but luckily they still served a nice plateau du fromage.

Trip to Wheels and Waves - Teusday - Atelier Chatokhine
After my first French breakfast this year Laurence gave me the address of her brother and dad's garage. A few miles from Chartres there is a very nice motorcycle workshop called Atelier Chatokhine. Father and son Chatokhine run the shop, both owners and racers of classic English motorcycles. They had an impressive collection of English bikes on display. Great way to start the day! Thanks Laurence for the tip
